i thin we will see the same race twice now. the 7th will be identic with the 6th, waht draw and winner concerns

S my theory was to get off the inside rail and though Boarding Call tested that a little I think it far from disproved.
I disagree Frodo et all
, I would not want to be drawn first 4 and by preference would want to be in 6 n up. True if the horse is good enough they can still win from the draw as has been proven but let us not forget the winner from draw 2 finished down the outside and the first winner from draw 1 finished centre/high. Boarding Call was good enough staying fairly straight but Fanie was still sensible enough to come off the fence a little and was always close to the pace which is also vital me thinks. I ignored the draw today on the assumption it would be the same as the last meeting and that jocks would engage brain. go with the pace and head to the centre if possible. Imo it has been the same, and while some jocks have engaged brain, some haven't.
