Nice to see you posting - and everything that follows is posted with no malice or harm intended to anybody and is my opinion only:

1. Due to bandwith contrictions, I still find streaming from the RA website (or others) - when available, to be irritating, so I'd rather watch TT (also mostly with the volume down until race time - but them I miss the bloody race sometimes :X)

2. So following on from point 1, why do we actually need on-course 'presenters' (two of them nowadays and mostly they still can't tell me what I want to know timeously - as joking beween themselves seem to be much more important - if I wanted comedy I'd be watching another channel) - and the punters in the totes can't here anything anyway

3. What I need (and I think there may be market out there) is to know the '"in's and out's" about what's cooking in the stables - AHS injections, horses coming back from a break (is this just a run to bring them on, etc), interrupted training patterns due to weather conditions or track conditions at the training centres, etc etc. I can work out for myself if a horse is good enough or not, but I need to know if that horse is ready to produce what he is capable of - and I would be willing to pay for that 'information' (I realise this is a time consuming and difficult - almost impossible - job) - but if the 'presenter' is not able to bring that sort of 'information' to the viewer, most of them really don't add any value

4. What I don't need (and that is why the mute button is worn out in my house) is to tell me that this one is ready to 'run a cracker' and this one is 'sure to prefer the trip' and 'this stable has been in cracking form' and this jock is really 'on top of his game' etc etc etc

Maybe by next Chistmas (and throw in that extra channel, please Multichoice - I am willing to pay an even more ridiculous subscription fee for that priviledge as well) - and then I'll wake up and smell the coffee :(

Instead of simply finding out about she's a stunner's work on the sand, Julie goes on about how she's sure that the horse works well on the sand, because it is fav.

She's really not on top of things, she also mentioned that nothing was running on from behind to win... errrrr, Jimmys Lightning came from way off the pace to win....(:P)

Sorry didn't hear that - mute button still doing the trick (tu) And now comes in handy again as Chainsaw rattles on endlessly about some or other UK meeting's betting - and I really would have liked to see the winning interview :(
