imho i think the judge can only make a call on the actual photo, not from the mirrowed image.....

The mirrored image is there for a reason.... is not a 'nice to have'

To identify the horses no not to make a decision on photo finish .... as i said imo only.

The mirror image only comes into play if the horse on the far side's nose is hidden and this is a case in point where it has to be used. The problem at this course must be that the cameras are not in a high enough position.
