They were looking for a carry forward with these 2 lowly rated Vaal meetings

Well each of us has a preference to where we want to bet - for me I'd much rather have the 'Vaal rubbish' as the KZN 'can't race - whether it rains or not', but that's a personal choice.

What I can't understand is how anyone can plan to not have midweek Cape Town racing in their dry season (yes I know it rained on Sat, but that's the exception), but plan to have 2 midweek meetings in Gauteng where it is much more likely to be rain affected.

Not sure how the weather is looking at the Vaal today - I'm told they did not have a lot of rain yesterday, but in the north, after a relatively dry night, it has started raining again

Look i dont know the areas there, but i was in jhb for work not too long ago and i was at the tote in Bruma......that was dodge!!
