Do you want to send it or receive it? If you want to watch South Africa
racing there are no public links, s they get shut down as soon as the
link is posted on ABC.

There are a number of places that you may be able to view SA racing
on overseas betting sites, but you will need to use a cloud based
browser to fool the Geo-blocking for users from South Africa.

If you don't have a access to a fast, uncapped ADSL line to use the streaming
video links, you may want to try the streaming radio links, which use a lot less
bandwidth. These cover all British racing.
