Was there any announcement about the future? Or were we again treated like unfortunate plebs that should be grateful Phum actually allow us to punt? How on earth can anyone justify such disdain for their customers?

a) the launch of a new TAB website that had to be withdrawn within hours
b)the management of The dispute with bookmakers
c)the management of the relationship with multichoice
d)the management of communication with it's customers which has left them uncertain and unhappy

Would it be fair to say that the above issues have had a negative effect on the local industry?
and if so,should the operators not be charged , by the regulators, with bringing the industry into disrepute?
