4 stand out for me today:

In the first, I think High Stakes has this field stone cold (only an outside draw to overcome), but has a top rider, should prefer this distance and is certainly overdue to win

In race 5, I fancy a bit of a roughie; Matthew Ethan has come down in the ratings and looks well in here - each way value imo

In race 6, Ahoy Captain is also well in and appeals as another each-way bet.

In race 9, Nightingale Grey is a touch short in the betting, but holds Strong Scent and Imperial Empress, who in turn holds Silva Shama

High Stakes has run well up the Vaal straight over 1600m and looked that day that he would have preferred more early speed.

This 1400m might well suit.
