Talk about "poor" horses ..........that poor horse Storm Warning has been shockingly ridden a few times now!

Strydom to win the last. Absolutely no contest. Money must have been on early, coz the drift now seems ludicrous.
Don't see how Welwischia can be favorite. Honorine should finish in front of W
Would haev liked to see JJ v Vuuren win this for the small trainers, but cant see Euphoria win overthis distance.
Strydom for Zaki has my money (egg probably coming my way)

Any idea if that's been done before - stallion winning Oaks and Derby from same crop?

What a wonderful day of top class racing. All hail Louis who if King.
Just think how close the Woodruff yard came to achieving this feat last year with Tellina.
Well done to the yard and connections:)-D

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Excellent reading there- is it just me or did striker seem like he was not really keen on winning that race? Not saying he cud have won- however i seen striker ride when he wants to win.

Winning Leap never went to front this time.Always skips 10 lenghts clear and then fades to a crawl.Stable companion storm warning should never had lost.no clear run at 400m mark and hit inside railing.A horse to be watched over these long distance races
