Shrek, got me thinking, he has a 300g ladies fillet and i know you dig your chow bud, so what do you have as a main course after this....()

If you oke's ever come down to Cape Town, make an effort and go to the Barbeque Steak-house in Voortrekker rd, Parow, opposite Sanlam Centre. Looks k*k from the outside in a cowboy city, but it's been going for many years.The owner is a Namakwalander and also the chef. He will come have a chat at the table as if he's known you for 20 years. Brilliant food. They are know for their snitzels, you can't finish it. The 500gr steaks are top division at 300gr prices. I've been to Cattle-Baron and other so-called top steak-houses in Cape Town, but nothing beats THE BARBEQUE in Parow.

I used to love going to those one of a kind steak houses . They serve the biggest steaks and all cooked to perfection with all the trimmings:)-D

Dont go out that often OR but tribes in emperors is my favourite for a good steak..

I have not been there for a while but my sister came to visit last year {from Sun City}
and could not believe the value you get
