FIFA have brought in this so called fair play rule which I don't understand at all as PSG and Man City are both guilty and will suffer very little consequence. They should be penalised points but will be penalised with the one thing that they both have plenty of, and that's money. Fills the coffers of FIFA for more late lunches and expensive bottles of wine.

UEFA are trying to do the right thing. Policing it and delivering the correct sanctions is the challenge. Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are calling for City to be banned from CL next season.

I don't think UEFA can effect point deductions in the local leagues.

The financial fair play rules were only introduced to protect the massive clubs who have always dominated. Real, Barca, United etc. Heaven forbid if somebody else has the cheek to qualify.
