Photo finish Flamingo Park 12 May 2014 Race 4 13:50

I'm pretty sure they posted the correct result - HOWEVER on the 'freeze-frame' they showed on TT this morning it CLEARLY showed that Son of a P down the inside won by a nose - now it may be that the 'freeze-frame' shown on TT was not shown from the correct angle, hence the confusion - so why show it at all if it is not the 'official' photo?

None of the photo's above prove anything - as they do not show the winning 'line' :S

(tu) exactly bud

should show the winning line with "tape" across on all races, especially those where the angles are so poor on tv. Photo finishes should be published within a set time limit... hefty fines for non-compliance.

As an aside, if the photo were to actually show the result has been called wrong, can it be reversed and the winning punters paid or once the official result has been called, is that final?

That's fine then (as I suspected) - all I'm saying is that the 'wrong' photo (possibly taken from the TV camera ?) was shown on TT - leading to all this confusion :S

Not to mention all the babble from the commentator something to the effect of ''I suspect A got up, or maybe B, well here's the photo - as I said B got up'

risking sounding like a stuck record....
