The team tells me they have spoken to you, and a deposit has been made.

I have just done a payment through Payfast on Standard Bank and it has gone through. Please could you PM me exactly what happened, and what the error message was so I can forward it onto the deposits team.

Service needs to be improved very quickly, forget about sending PM's, just improve the website, service, this is a very competitive market you're in. The race ran 20mins ago and payouts still not ALL CLEAR...........

I agree. yes Dev does report back - but too much crap lately - it shouldn't happen in the first place. Too many times I phone and tell them to check deposits.. and then the apology - 'yes it is there - sorry'
