Its the year 2014, personally I would love to see somebody like Samanga Khumalo win the championship, its way over due!!!! it would be so much more meaningful and no doubt inspiring to many people , including aspiring kids from not so "fortunate" backgrounds.

What would Richard Fourie winning the championship mean ? that the people with clout and money like the Snaiths and Joostes etc
will always be able control/influence things for their "own" regardless of the talent/ambition of the rest??????.......

I think he is only 16 or 17 behind, Last 100 rides since 10 May have seen him ride 23 winners. Khumalo last 100 rides since 8 May have seen only 7 wins. Richard should win this easing up and waving to the crowd !

EGG ON THE FACE !

I think S'manga's three winners in Flamingo on Monday hit Richard for a six. He has not pitched the last two meetings and S'manga is booting them home. Sorry for underestimating you !
