Watch Bruno next time- was slow away, and ran on very well. Looks a nice sort.
Race 3: a couple of nice 2yos taking on some moderate older horses. E/w value Destined for Dawn from best draw and Odendaal back in the irons.
Race 4: de Kock first timer must be respected, Sylvan Jet and Wr Requiem look best of the raced runners.

Race 5: Bluebaygirl a worthy favourite. Wren the danger. These two should be enough for P6 and JPot
Race 6: Masked Lady has disappointed in KZN after some good runs in CT. This is a great opportunity for her- at the weights can't be beaten if she reproduces her best form. Copybook is useful and is next best; Silva Hawk is improving.
Bluebaygirl x Masked Lady nice ew double.

and cost me a nice straight trifecta
Any knowledgeable critiques of jocks out there... not pocket talk as did not back the 2nd to win... but was AD not too late in giving the horse a wee reminder, didn't do so (to my eye from the replay) until he was passed and by then it was almost impossible to peg back the winner

i cannot see how anyone could have this horse today. if you never had field in this leg, you could never have picked this one. His best starting price has been 50/1. Pick6 paying R77 after the 1st leg.......good luck to whomever survived there
