Will continue to help those in the know as they can reduce perms...not a level playing field when all information not available to all players / punters...this is akin to insider trading which is illegal in share trading so why should it be condoned / allowed / legitimised in racing...further allows money to move from the hands of the many into the hands of a few...

Totally Agree,

BiPot Rule should be the same as the P6 rule to make it fairer to punters . This Bullsh*t about better payouts still does not make it fair to all concerned since those with insider info on 1st timer has an edge and that is NOT what we want in an industry already as corrupted as it clearly is and we do not need another reason for punters to loose interest .

Yes, as even though is may lower payouts, who says that the fav willrun 3rd?
As well, it will reward those punters who hv chosen a 1st timer at 40/1 on breeding and fav gets bushed?
Lkke wise if fav runs 3rd, itll get us fav backers out of jail when dse donkeys run 1st n 2nd
