Play the ball, not the person...

I find the forum an excellent source of knowledge from almost all Clanners but the constant personal attacks gets tiresome to read...too often a specific problem is generalised and creates "band-wagon" syndrome...if there is a specific problem with any person, walk the talk and address directly with that person rather than on the forum

Just my two cents rant for this morning...
