Absolutely Dave. Will drive all the way from Clairwood to ride 1 horse after all his work riding down there. 1st on the phone for rides and reads the form and race brilliantly. One of the strongest finishers of a race I have ever seen( if not the strongest)

Oh wow Craig he drives all the way to Clairwood. Ryan Moore has ridden in the UK on a Saturday afternoon then jumped on a plane to the US to ride that same night (uk time) back on a plane and is riding at some obscure course in the UK on a Monday afternoon. As for riding all over the world, well Dubai, Hong Kong and SA is not all over the world. Try riding in the UK for a season 7 days a week 12 rides a day and if he comes out as the champ then I will make sure that he is knighted.

Anton could have worked anywhere and has had the offers, he could be riding more in SAF if he wanted but he chooses to be with his family and has announced this. The Man was riding winners when Ryan Moore was an atom

CnC, what I was trying to get across is Anton's work ethic even though as one of the best in the world he does not need to. Could sit back like some of the jocks and not ride much work and still get a full card if so inclined. Without trying to be clever I have worked with plenty over there and Anton does not have to stand back for anyone of them. Richard Hughes and Tom Queally had a great work ethic. I am convinced that if he went over and showed the same application as Michael Roberts did there and he does here, he would be Champion over there. IMHO.

Craig as I said before I totally respect your opinion because from where I am what you have forgotton about horses etc I must still learn. Did you enjoy your time in the UK and where were you based?
