I would've been home and hosed already if LVG hadn't pulled back on the reins for half the race.

oh dear, I did not take you for an United fan. Rooney only playing well cause he wants an extension and obviously will demand £350k a week. De Gea has won United at least 15 points with his saves. We will see how it goes on Saturday.

deeno, nobody is worth £200k a week. Its the TV money that allows the clubs to pay these stupid wages.

Cnc, I captained Rooney and have Mata in my team. It made a serious dent to my prospects when LVG was benching Mata and playing Rooney in midfield, hence my comment about him pulling on the reins! :)

My strikers at the beginning were RVP and Giroud. Giroud got injured in August so I replaced him with Ballotelli. In January I got rid of Ballotelli and brought in Pelle.

Ballotelli scored me zero points, RVP has been injured now for the best part of the season and Giroud who I pushed out has been scoring for fun. After I signed Pelle he went 15 games without a goal. My captain played in the African Nations and one of my defenders played in the Asia Cup. So I guess we all have had bad luck. :(
