Runner today: Philosophy Race 4. Showed nice improvement around the turn last time, and would have gone a bit closer if not baulked when making her run. She jumps from the outside draw which does not help. She should continue to make improvement, but we will only see the best of this filly much later as she still needs to strengthen up. Has a place chance, but the 3yos look better than the older horses in this race. Aldo has chosen to ride Hope Downs which has good form and on breeding should surely relish the extra ground. Ratatouille also looks useful. There's not much between the older fillies, with Rouge Berry and Royal Foundation perhaps the best of those.
