Buick never ever rode Frankel. Tom Queally was his jockey

Chaps I may have this horribly wrong but Battle Hammer in the last looks e/w value at 33/1. 3.5kgs better off with the favorite for a 1.5 l beating. Had valid excuses last time out. Will take my chances and have a nibble.

hahahahaha you next on the comedy circuit Craig? So you say he is better than Ryan Moore? Richard Hughes? William Buick? Martin Dwyer? Kieron Fallon? all jocks with with major classic winners. The list goes on.

Guys, with all due respect, this is a senseless debate. Once a horse has had enough, it's had enough, there is nothing more any jockey can do. This is very apparent especially in hurdles, when the leading horse is almost dead on it's hooves and gets reeled in or pipped on the post. No amount of urgings by the jockey can extricate that last bit of energy. Like all things in life, jockeys have different levels of ability as well, however the names mentioned are good at their profession.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Surprised no mention of the gentleman Hanagan. I also think Atzeni can hold his own in a finish but seems to be a bit of an unsung hero.

I keep well away from Marcus & Strydom as I think their rides are very often ridiculous odds based on capabilities and then when they dont win they get slated. probably be well in by laying their rides
