I've gone today with
Race 5 no 4 My Sancturay
Race 6 no 5 Siddharth
Race 7 no 3 Qahal's Applause
My worst nightmare came true this morning, my horse Powertrip is running on Saturday Race 4 Cape Town and guess who is riding her........KING KARL...... now it has no chance. The horse will be slow out the gates and then I can promise you he won't persevere with her. She is gutsy and if ridden and encourage correctly she will run on over this 1600m and with any other jockey go close. Don't even want to look. :sick: :evil:

To me the issue here is more that Victory Emblem has improved dramatically rather than IQ being poor. IQ goes form a 73 handicap to a 93 handicap. I remember this race slightly and I think IQ jumped badly and then used up too much to get back into the race and was left in the straight.
Hard to judge those 2 races when VE is running off a 60MR in a 73 HC and IQ is running off a 81 in 93 HC... different races imo.
