Al Muheer in the next at Ripon has come down in the weights faster than a competitor in the first week of The Biggest Loser. Expecting him to be close

ran like a stuffed cow. That's me done for the afternoon and if I have an itch I will try and select a winner or two at Wolves, although I doubt that as my form is as hot as a drifting ice berg

I have had my early evening nap, my slippers and gown are on, my dog is lying on the floor all snug, I have a cup of hot Horlicks with a digestive biscuit and am ready for the racing. Yeah right.

I don't fancy the top 2 in the market but do like Flawless Pink and waiting to see the look of New Years Night which is 8/1 atm. Any betting move and I will be onto it like a bee on a flower
