anybody who thinks that the Boks can beat the Aussies must have too much to drink over lunch.

Springboks are like the Sharks, if they think it is going to be an easy game they relax and don't go in with the right attitude(read Argies and Pumas!) and then play badly and scrape in or get beaten. I have just been invited to go and watch the Springboks beat the All Blacks at Ellis Park live on the 4th!
That's great to be able to watch an All Black v Springbok match at EP. I am going to watch Scotland play the ABs at murrayfield in November and I am hoping to meet big bob at the match (that's if he can handle the ABs giving the `Scots a drubbing like when SA beat them 28 zip last november

The Good says it is impossible for the Springboks to win. Might just have to disagree with my fellow trainer!

SA has beaten Aus the last 3 meetings, and they last beat us in 2012 in Perth. The Boks have more class and depth and while the Aussies have home town advantage this is a 50/50 game.
Meyer unfortunately persists in ignoring the specialist outside centres in his selections, and we are too reliant on a couple of "old bullets" in the scrum.
This Aussie team is fragile and inconsistent, and their coach is the worst they have had in 20 years.
Interbet are offering Boks + 3.5 at even money, which looks great value, especially if this ends up a low scoring game which looks on the cards.

I've taken the following multiple
Taranaki to beat Southland by 10 9/10 with
South Africa +6,5 at 6/10...
First leg in so hope SA can stay at least 1 point ahead for most of the match so even a late Aus converted try will see the bet in...
Enjoy the match...going to see NZ beat Arg by +-23 first...

Based on last 2 matches form this should have been billed as Wallabies v Wobblies. If we can dominate upfront then we might just scrape thru based on solid defence.

We conceding too many points for me to have faith in our "solid defence"...was sad how De Allende AND De Villiers couldn't put the Arg player into touch...
We've conceded 30 points against Arg away and Wales at home this season so defence needs lots of work...and with tired and older players, defence becomes even more difficult...

How incompetent are these refs and linesman. How can he disallow the Argentinians that try?
