I have a 15mbps line, Hollywood is still loading up and now it's 10 minutes later, I won't complain because there are obviously people on here who get irate. I'll sit and wait patiently and if it doesn't load up by 4pm I'll call it a day!

Just had a " double " loosing bet with hollywood.

1st bet appeared not to be taken.....why cause nothing happened and balance did not change. Thought it did not register, played it again and wham double bet taken. Loosing I might add, so I am talking from my pocket.

Thanks hollywood. The gremlins are still not sorted out.

I've just checked, these bets were taken 22 secs. From each other.........which means after 21 secs. I played the bet again, CAUSE THE 1ST BET HAD NOT GONE THRU. :evil: :evil:

I had the same problem but my repeat bet was for a miniscule amount. If you phone in you can cancel your bet. Normally no questions asked no matter the amount if its a legitimate error.

Thanks naresh, I'm glad I was not alone here. Time was 14.18.30 sec. Race time was 14.20, it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to get thru to the right person and rectify in 1 min.30

Cost me 200 & another 200 :evil: :evil:

Same thing happened with me twice last year with ladbrokes

One I managed to phone and explain before the off and they cancelled

The other I was too late

Worked out it was my internet lagging
