Race 1 - of the raced runners ready for take off seems to be the best for me. The Anafesto form line looks strong. Watch betting of first-timers although nothing stands out for me.

Race 2 - silver honey gets my pick on its only run behind dreyas gold. On exposed form holds heart of winter from the impressive bella spumanti formline. Formline has been franked and should improve on its run with a better draw. Again watch betting on 1st timers.

Race 3 - no confidence in this race but I would rather back the 5/1 pirogue rather than the 7/10 festive prince. Can't find any reason the fav is so short. What is interesting is Marcus has got off the fav which was backed last time out and is now on the 2nd fav stormy eclipse who he has beaten on different horses on 2 separate occasions.
