I am with Mr Hawaii on the need for casual play. Casual players are the only group that makes any sense to target but this becomes a numbers game which necessitates a mass market concept aimed at a broad cross spectrum.

Can be done if a single operator could be convinced of the merits of the exercise after which the results will convince the rest.

The hurdles are plentiful and remains an outdated belief in the false miracle of churn and no real interest in putting money into any new racing ideas.
