13/10 gives you two horses that together have not seen the racetrack for almost two years

Discuss ...

Colours, the double, Viva La Var and Ho'Oponopono, may be good value after all, and here's my reasoning.

Viva La Var is three from three over the distance and may have won more races by now if whatever kept him off the track did not occur. The market rival Sheik's Brashee is also returning from a break, however he is a three time winner from 14 starts, so one is/was obviously progressive, and the other will win more races over time.

Ho'Oponopono, the market rival is the stable companion, Canadian Club, however Cormack who has ridden Canadian Club has opted to take the ride on the favourite despite being off the track for 340 days, that must speak volumes about their respective chances. After all, jockeys are in the game to ride winners, the top one's anyway.

Play well.

Chill a big runner and Fully charged the horse to beat I think. Gallic fire had a great 1st run and last time out was very wide. Go Richie has a much better draw and worked well in Thursday watched by Richie77 so he can tip to you in that race!

You are right Bayern although i doubt anyone here can attest to taking a double with such lengthy breaks dotting both horses form
The other thing is that when we see short priced favourites you are guaranteed good fixed place value on the other runners

Pirates, just back, and after taking out scratchings ,my thoughts were exactly that .............I think that trying to fit 2 tracks into an area barely adequate for 1, I think they have almost destroyed racing at Greyville...............and Pmb isn't exactly great.
I think that Gold Circle will end up spending double what they got for Cwd in order to save racing in the province..............it won't survive with this rubbish IMO.

When did Daniels last ride a winner? I am not talking from my pocket as I had no bet in the race.
