Could and should be a day of favourites but you never do know on these days and may get the odd upset..

Race 1 Most open on the card IMO. Like the erasmus runners here and see they have come strongly for the 1st timer (even before the scratching).. Like his runner Best of Three and think good place bet if ok with 2nd run after rest.

2 x 3 x12 x 16 for me...With 2 1st timers of 10 x14 should get us off to good start.,

Race 5 look past obvious of the 1st 2 in betting think could throw a result and going for 2 outsiders here to help the exotics pay. Snow Clad Odessa and Edge the Echo for me.

Shirla in the last is best bet on card at that price for me... 2 wild choices if and when they come back to some sort of past form shown could be Sugaree and Asiatic Pearl...

Race 1: No form to work with. Of the raced runners Latino ice and Gracefilly speak the loudest to me. A race that anything can happen. Gondola Girl my first choice and Sweet Singer must also be watched. 14 x 16 x 1 x 4
Race 2: Quid Rides my first choice over Orchestrated. Giant step and Suzies Arrow for minor placings. 7 x 4 x 9 x 6
Race 3: African Goshawk to short a price to my liking. Set in stone my first choice. One seyy lady and Ginger Sioux for the. Minor placings. 2 x 1 x 6 x 8
Race 4:: Cockade will be hard to beat.
Race 5: Pentinent Pirate in it to win it. The red tzar must also be treated with utmost respect. Baron of Dubrovnik , Danish dance the place getters. 3 x 2 x 4 x 11
Race 6: Icy Avalanche will be hard to beat!!! 3 x 4 x 7 x 1
Race 7: Dance Code, Tripswitch and Won't Wait the main contenders. I can't split them. Can make a case for all three runners. 3 x 4 x 9 x 8
Race 8: Chadderton and Shirla will fight this one out. Diva Danny and Delux Arrow for inprovement. 1 x 3 x 11 x 8

I think The Red Tzar is the right one today - good sand form - around 2/1 looks fair value imo
