Eng mentioned last week that the Sham/steph string would turn soon and they sure did last meeting. Expect the run to continue today :cheer:

Playing exotics around 2 horses today.

Race 4 Modus Tollendi. (IMO blinkers could make the difference on last run with Jewel of the Stage and could reverse that formline)

Race 8 Protest Song. (Down 23 points in the MR and and think is very generous odds.)

Another one from the stable if fit is Tudor Star in the 6th..

In the words of Mr Shaw..... "Hit the Hard"

You can do that if Eye For Emerald brings the form of his last two runs
25/1 and must be included

Some tight races today with no stand-outs but only a few who should be in contention of winning. The word "should" is of course used in the knowledge that it is rare that happens and 1-9 shocks possible as always.

FP, the problem for me with Stef's horses is that they can blow lightning hot one week and icy cold the next. I could be wrong but I think she is something of a planner, ie hits particular meetings and thus is so difficult to call. Looks like she did that last time and it remains to be seen if the form continues. She has a stack of runners out today though so even if the stable has turned and is red hot, knowing which to call is still something of a nightmare! At a price, I would choose her best today as Tudor Star but I suppose TS could just as easily finish last as first.

I think the Rugg yard has plenty possibles today, particularly those under Khumalo and it may be worth an accie or two. Human/Ziets also have some possibilities.

R1 In Conformity x On The Thames
R2 All Knowledge (Lady Arrow worth an e/w given the field)
R3 Carlisie x Kingofmountain (San Vicenzo worth an e/w nibble at the prices)
R4 Jewel Of The Stage x Modus Tollendi
R5 There Is A Dream x My Beloved x Noah Forever (R1 e/w Top Mark)
R6 Rainbow Arrow x Rudor Star x Wolf's Girl
R7 Boston Legal x Black Pepper
R8 Wild n Windy x Fly Me High x Tiger Tales
R9 Toughest of the day... chancing Strong Blond but the Rugg stable could get the trifecta and Cloud Runner respected (R1 e/w Saint Actavius)

Be(s)t of luck to all
