Trilateral is all the rage but 5 Dungeon Dragon is really nicely bred and so is the Robinson runner 3 Captain's Dove. The Ramsden roughie 6 Dwyka will not have many friends but she is out of a mare has done pretty well so a minor place may be in the offing.
My quartet = double float 5 & 11 and add 1, 3, 6, 8 & 12

Runner today: race 9. Be Fabulous. She is fit and well and can win again. Up 1.5kg from last time, and another poor draw, but she likes to drop out and come with a late run. Greg Cheyne will get the best out of her. Good ew value at 8/1. It's a competitive handicap so many with chances- I make Bandana Girl the main danger.
Other races
Race7:Alexis is a banker, and is my idea of the winner of the Lanzerac RtR.
Race 2: Trilateral should win unless there is a decent first timer.
Race 3: Vitoria good debut, should win here
Race 4: the obvious contenders are Captain Blackwater and Liquid Mercury, but I fancy Hurricane Attack to improve over the course and distance as the value bet.
Race 5: Dynastic Power looked like he needed it last time, and although this is too short he must be respected in an open race. Global Destiny is improving and consistent.
Race 6: Valerin first choice but upset possible here.
Race 8: Olympian to upset Harry Lime

I will be spreading my net rather wide....Alexis could be the one runner I would be willing to risk a bit but for the rest of the card..I'll be loading up.
I'm with you...........I am going wide in a lot of races ...........if the "good things" all arrive ,its a bad day for me!

Just got 40% of the quartet although I would have liked Blushing Dove to win and Dwyka to edge a bit closer

I like Major Vaughan in the next. Blinker strike good comeback effort over a trip too short and been running against some good sorts. At 5/1 looks a nice bet.
Doing an EW double on Major Vaughan and Chestnut Charger.

Not saying I backed it but thanks due again to JR and his website, clearly his strongest fancy of his carded runners on the day.
