Are they Real

Are these amazing wins that bookmaking sites advertise real?
I tried to take a 5 horse R10 yankee of my "value" prices ,and "internet liability exceeded" is fair enough but on phoning I got a "we will put it on the tote cos it's big odds"
The last thing I want is it to be on the tote(and I could that myself anyway)
The odds are quite big accumulatively but not as big as some of the winnings they boast that they pay!
Is it smoke and mirrors?

Rob - I am going to PM you about this to get more information. This is very concerning for us, and is not something we tell our call centre agents to say or do. I will bring this to attention immediately as I have never heard of such behaviour before.

You get advised to call in your bet and can't get it on 'cos you already have same bet?

This BIG PAYOUT BOASTING has been krapping my gat for a while now

Believe me it's very annoying to jump from Hollywood to Marshalls to Tab to WSB whereas I used to place all my bets with you
