at a 50% strike rate of getting a cheque he can get on my horse any day. Not a punter friendly jockey but he doesn't price up the horses.
That's correct Sir, but his level of professionalism, good work ethic and bringing on the young horses early in the racing life is not my concern/disappointment with Mr. Neisius.
In Big races, he freezes. And in some of those big race victories ( just 1 example = Flaming Rock) , the horse got him over the line. He gives them, unnecessary extra work to do, irrespective of delayed riding tactics.
