Twitch what is getting tedious is the complete ignoring of a reasonable service. Because of my strategy of small % of large perms I recycle a minimum of R20,000 TAKE-OUT per month and some months much more!
I am very interested to hear why you think that I should be happy to not qualify to stream my races?
Titch, you really amaze me because some of you posts show that you are pretty smart ........so why is it that you defend the indefensible with dumb nonsense sometimes..................are you their "bull shit" consultant

I have provided a very specific issue that ,as a customer ,I surely am entitled to be pissed off about, which however you brush off as tote bashing.
You will pleased to know that my tote bashing is over as I won't be betting there anymore.
They certainly taught me a lesson ..................lol

Rob your complaint as I read it was that you were unable to watch the races from your tabonline account but as was pointed out there are alternatives ie gallop and the racing association site Im sure there must be other problems that you have encountered to have finally brought you to a decision to quit the tote all together but to believe that wherever else you choose to play will be hassle free is somewhat naive..
To address your query asking if I am one of "their" bullshit mongers the answer is quite simply a resounding no...I am pro racing and love the game which has been a part of my life for as far back as I can remember and the success of the industry going forward imo is dependent in a large part on a strong tote so the continued bickering about how bad the service is on a public forum is way over played and yes, tedious.. what are those who take time out to post about some "shoddy" service hoping to achieve?? certainly wont help to sort out their grievances so surely the time spent posting a sling off here would be better spent on an email to the relevant authority?

Titch,I have punted at almost every meeting in South Africa for over 40 years-I LOVE THE GAME ..............I am analy analytical  so I have studied and tried out so many aspects .......punting owning, owned a share of a bookmakers cubicle ,shares of mares and 20% of the syndicate that imported Camden Park.
I think I have shown commitment to the sport and wish more than anything for the industry to thrive.
But what is so typical of the industry, and what frustrates the sh!t out of me, is your suggestion that ,although I support the tote ,I should not be annoyed at being treated like a nuisance, but use alternate sources of streaming ............I accept that but I will also now use alternate sources of betting ...............sound equitable to you?????
There are clowns in positions way above their degree of competency and that does not bode well for any industry ,but in racing it seems to be accepted.
The track record of disasters in lengthy and the history of the fight against the open bet is nothing short of laughable - I am happy to see the open bet defeated but you will need a better effort than the lot who have fought it so far (consider some of the legal advice that has been followed-its a joke)
It was mentioned that Gold Circle between last year and the one upcoming will spend R47m fighting bookmakers -FFS what must "P"'s share be?
And we are the lunatic fringe..............LOL :woohoo:
