Not seen any bettingi but Royal GUL would have been a pointer and probably quite short in the betting at scottsville
But the horse was as green as grass last time(showed no early), and might get lost around greyville

Re: Scottsville Sunday - Now Greyville
10 years 4 months agocraig surely this meeting should have been moved to the greyville grass surface ...we didn't have 60mm of rain here like summerveld and im pretty sure the above readings for yesterday am were the grass readings at greyville....Craig Eudey wrote: An interesting statistic's IMHO. 17 horses scratched through the change of venue. 2 have never run, 4 have no poly form,5 I think show better grass form, 3 show better poly form and 3 are the same either track. As I say this is my opinion. Why scratch the last 6 and the 4 that have not tried it? I would have left those in but each trainer and owner to themselves.

Not sure if the meeting was moved in haste....it's easy to say now.
We have had perfect weather yesterday and today is a scorcher after Friday's destruction.
