After a few years as a "private" trainer for a major owner, it is a natural career progression to consider setting up on one's own. Brett Crawford is now one of the top trainers in the country, and his experience at Plattner Racing helped make that possible. Yogas Govender had a few years experience as an assistant trainer when given the opportunity at Plattner Racing, and he similarly is now in a position to make a success on his own account, having done a great job for Plattner.
Jobs are not marriages- career progression is not divorce!

if true, they will be going back to their old partnership. Also, arguably the most successful Plattner horse in past 12 months was trained by the Snaiths...Acrostar

Would like to see Sabine Plattner moving some of her horses to stables on the Highveld........giving some horses to the likes of JJ van Vuuren, Chesney van Zyl, Woodruff etc.

Hassen Adams has confirmed that he would like to run more horses up in JHB due to the prize money available and if she could also do the same then I personally think that would be great for racing all round.
