All the cape raiders want is the money and winner.
Then they leave while the local owners still pay the trainers and contribute to fairview.
PeterD any horses with any of the local trainers or just raid , collect and leave ?
Is that not like any other business, next you okes will want the cape raider to product a day pass into PE... :woohoo:

There is no restriction and they are playing by the rules. I see nothing wrong with it.

Yes, many over the years, but that's irrelevant.
All any owner wants is to win. Bigger fields= more turnover= more money into the game.
If the raiders add to the spectacle, they probably also attract more out of town betting on PE racing= more money for PE racing.
Local trainers are quite capable of competing with the raiders.
