In the uk and pe your correct, but the kzn poly has turned into a mess and the jocks say it rides like sand and is a shite surface

I have seen horses come from grass and perform on the KZN poly and now I have seen horses come from the KZN poly and perform on grass.....yet to see that happen with the sand.
