I hear a final decision will be taken at 9h30 but trainers are weary and believe the track will not handle Racing today. Also they have had very little work for a week -
I still am of the opinion that a standard time for Track Proficiency should be set up in all centres - Two horses should gallop and the stipes, jockeys trainers and track manager should then decide to allow the meeting to go ahead or to abandon. Obviously things can change with a heavy shower etc but an early call saves everyone money. Also for those punters that play UK etc the focus can move to those places and some turnover can be increased.
