I have mentioned this before, that the Hong Kong, Singapore and French Racing, the bookies odds are in direct relation to what their Tote prices are in that country.

There are also international fixed odds betting on these meetings that are not tote related

Been doing ratings for years for Singapore since I lived there for 5 1/2 years and found Singapore Racing extremely honest as well as VERY generous towards owners...

Also go to the Sngapore official webpage Turfclub Singapore for lots of info and also the "Media Selections" is normally a decent guide for how the odds will turn out...
