I have an interbet account and experienced the same problem this morning. Not sure, if they are connected to the tabonline site but no tote betting was loaded this morning, very disappointing as I notice this happens often on a Sunday morning.

These guys are so amateurish it is embarrassing.
Imagine what would happen to the person in charge of gambling at Sun International if he "forgot" to open the casino on time......

.....they cutting it fine today as Greyville meeting is up in less than half an hour.....are they going to get up in time.....maybe local meeting not on their turf means nothing to them either
......got to wonder why are these clowns constantly dropping the ball.....when racing can least afford to piss off a dwindling customer base......

Why do you think I always advocate the need for online yet don't make use of the current service myself?
If Rob's comment in another thread is accurate there is clearly no interest in the local racing product with it's dwindling fan base which explains the lack of service.
When the head is rotting, the body is never far behind in it's demise.
It is good and well to have a proven strong business strategy and results but it will serve everyone's best interest to also have an industry solution as part of an overall winning strategy.
How difficult could it be to task someone with restarting servers daily and checking the platform with a few dummy transactions at an appropriate time ahead of the days racing.
Online could be a real success but I was told that the local market does not have big enough interest to make it a serious consideration. Not difficult to see why this is the case if I listen to the experiences that people have over here.
