They have to run at least one or maybe two legs of the pa and then abandon the meeting for obvious reasons - naturally :whistle:

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Stand alone Western Cape meetings at this time of the year is a problem,but maybe the cost savings suit the operators?

I think it is more to do with the amount of races that they can earn in than durability. Gauteng have an extra meeting per week and Kimberley and I suppose PE if they have a retainer.
