R7, can't see any pace in the race which would make a horse like Friendly Tibbs a runner. Whilst he is drifting in the market, the races which have been run off slower paces seem to suit his finishing kick, the faster run races and he perform okay. He may not have been the distance recently, however I see he has had 4 goes at it for a win and two money finishes, so 5/1 may represent some decent value.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Busy day at Kenilworth for me today:
Race 1: twenty four carat has his second run. Happy with his debut, and has come on nicely from that. He has an each way chance in quite a strong looking field, and must be included in quartets and trifectas.
Race 2:Sun at Midnight first run. She is a very nice filly with a lovely action. If not too green, can be in the shake-up.
Race 5: Ashram and Thaler Point renew rivalry, and the 2.5kg may swing it to Thaler Point this time. Both are well and expecting good runs in a very open race. To confuse matters further, also have Dance in the Woods in the same race. She is much better than her last run when fighting for her head and then baulked when going for her run in the straight.
I've never had 1-2-3 in a race before- would be nice.
Race 6: Blarney Bay returns after a break. There was nothing wrong with him- we felt he needed a rest and the summer going is too firm for him anyway. He is fresh and well. Expecting a decent run, with his usual tactics, but he may just need this one to get back to his best.
