Colin you are entitled to your opinion, as I am to mine and I think some of your opinions are out of this world... and not in a good way! Personally, I have already said I should not be held in high regard (not for the first time! lol) but your opinion regarding me is way off in the accuracy of it's breakdown.... imo and I should know and I am pretty honest and blunt. Not sure there is any need to break it down quite so personally anyway. Why would anyone feel a need to do that? Escapes me.

Guys I have to be honest, I hate these types of threads. The day to day threads are not full of posters and for me personally, I often only post to pass the time so to speak and add a little substance. I will often say that there is nothing I like, which is a very good indication that I am simply posting for the sake of posting. I don't feel bad when I don't get a place and I don't think I am top notch when I get a few come in. I also do not tip, I simply share thoughts when I can be arsed and at the end of those thoughts, or as part of them, I will state my selection. Anyone who contributes to the threads is a benefit imo and it is up to each individual how much attention they pay to anyone else, we don't really have to say who is good or bad in our personal opinions do we?

I agree regarding the thread but naming a few as the best is totally unfair to others that participate and feel they need a mention.So i think i speak for those.There is no need to get upset when the role is reversed in a way.

Agree with this sentiment entirely............I speak only for myself when I say I seldom participate in the "tipping threads" as I don't tip!
If I find some fact, which I notice has not been mentioned on a thread, I will point it out so if anyone chooses to factor it into their analysis,then so be it!
Staking plans and bet structures are such an important part of showing positive returns, even "good" tipping tends to be overrated in the overall scheme of showing a profit!

So a few clanners want to say thanks to a few other clanners, no harm in that is there, whether you agree or not. If you want to support a few others not already mentioned then go right ahead. No need instead to be entirely negative and decide to knock those that have been mentioned is there? Surely if we must have these threads at all they should remain as positive as possible rather than becoming negative about certain clanners.

Despite the negativity, I think you overestimate your abilities in upsetting people Colin!

lol I think not Colin. Pirates merely stated who he personally takes note of, much in line with what others have done, which is effectively ino what all clanners should do. Read who you like, ignore who you don't. He is complimenting the three mentioned rather than being negative towards any specified individuals. You on the other hand decide to be negative about individuals. Big difference. Huge difference. Mammoth even :silly:
