This job needs a man like Tom Callaghan, plenty of marketing experience , loves horseracing and at the same time doesn't suffer fools.

What the job needs is a person with vision, strong opinions and ideas, backed by management and peers and a budget that reflects the value of the exercise and not least of all the will to see it through.

there is only one person for this type of job and the fact that he has never been on any board or committee is an absolute disgrace considering what he has achieved ...owen heffer ,,,what he has forgotten about marketing the whole of Phumelela and gold circle WILL NEVER LEARN
