I just don't get it? If it was previously brought up by the jocks as a concern, why not do something about it.?
However, if the jocks were also so concerned, why not raise again this morning PRIOR TO THE MEETING starting, why wait til now? Both parties inconsistent if I have the facts correct...

The Track Manager must be bullet proof !!!
How many Sand Meetings in a row have we had the same shit? Surely time for a new Overseer, if he cannot prepare the Course in this glorious weather, what will happen in the rainy Season?
