This site is a f......king joke, often having problems.

This is very annoying
I now have to go deposit funds elsewhere! shit!!!

My apologies Rob, I managed to take two bets within a few seconds, so I thought it was business as usual - I was wrong.

Apologies for only replying now, I have just got to my computer now. Our development team has been working on the issue since 10:45, and still monitoring the issue.

The team have asked to please use the mobi site - www.hollywoodbets.mobi - and use your same logins.

You can take multiples on the mobi site, and you can also take exotics. I will post explanations below now.

I apologise for the frustration being experienced, and we will continue to get it sorted.

To take exotic bets on the mobi site, follow these steps:

1. Go to Betting
2. Go to Horse Racing
3. Go to Kenilworth (for example)
4. Click on any race
5. Right at the top, above the horses, click on OPEN BETS
6. You will then get all the options for exotic and open bets (Swingers, PAs, Pick 6s, Quartets etc.)

I see the mobi site is not working on my phone, but it is working when I am using it on my desktop. I have forwarded this onto our developers to investigate asap

Cannot log into your mobi website - not with my laptop, ippad or mobile.
