Just had a look at the tabonline racecard. The owners really need to get some financial input as to whether it is financially viable to keep this horse in their yard... After 11 runs, it has accumulated a meagre R97 124 756.

That run will scare some away..
Especially the ones like Golden Horn that need a reputation for the paddocks

I very much doubt that GH will run in the Arc.
I think that Jack Hobbs would give GH a beating at this stage and is a definite runner for the Arc.Whether he can match strides with Treve is another matter.

ANDRE FABRE on Monday expressed his delight at New Bay's Prix Niel success and appeared to suggest Treve might not have had the easy trial he believes a potential Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winner needs.

THE STATE of Longchamp's ground will be critical in determining whether Golden Horn takes on Treve in the Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, but owner Anthony Oppenheimer on Monday stressed the Irish Champion Stakes winner's connections are "certainly not frightened" of racing's sweetheart.
