Every meeting horses play up at start - is it only our horses that are "flesh and blood"cos the overseas meetings don't have anything like the amount of incidents.
In this case horse is declared fit to run and clearly wasn't!
The schooling really needs the attention of the regulators,but ours are totally unqualified!!!!
(Surely the other countries who take our racing must be amazed at our start problems)
