Rob you raise a valid point, HOWEVER.....

We need to distinguish between punters who wage online with CASH and those that wage online with CREDIT. Cash punters ie. those that deposit money into accounts before being allowed to have a bet should be paid immediately, and I dont understand why there is praise being heaped on bookies for settling within 24 hours. Withdrawing a winning cash bet is akin to standing in the payout queue with a winning ticket, it should be done immediately.

Punting on credit is a different matter all together and settling is done on a weekly basis.

I wasn't being facetious ...................I have never had money in a gambling account I needed urgently ...............and even less so ,any winnings I didn't know about yet.....lol

I understand .....................however the original question ,as I understand this thread,is how quick its in the bank account ,not how quick its out of the way of temptation!!!!!

I usually get an SMS by 8.30 the next morning that funds were credited into my account.

If I transfer "after hours or on a weekend" that SMS would arrive by midday the next working day.

includes weekends, Sat and Sunday
many sites only payout on Monday for weekend withdrawals
also they are quick with dep, will do transfer and by the time I logout of the bank and into my account the money is there

Some of The UK accountants introduced a reverse withdrawal system, it means your funds need to sit for 24 hours in your account before being finalised

What it really means is " we dont want you to withdraw ever" please cancel the withdrawal and spunk the lot playing slots
