If the date of birth of Seeking Venus is correct ,that was an amazing run as far as a net rating is concerned(not that she will benefit much as the adjustment factor will remain constant for some time)
A classy sort though,if she trains on OK!!!

Rowing in with Hollie Point here, she was fancied on debut and arrived, no superstars in this field, if she has trained on then the one to beat. Returning from a break is a concern but will stick with her.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

I backed Khumalos, but he should lose it in the stewards room.
Stick in wrong hand and definitely intimidated Hollies.

Khumalo was the first to hang out and JP hung in at the finish.

I think Hollie would have gone half a lenght up,jock didn't even have enough room to use the stick..

Hollie was on the outside rail and moved across to meet Old Em. Reminds me of Yard Arm and Wolf Whistle. Both leaned on each other. I never had a bet in that race and feel the result should stand IMO.

I would love to know from the Stipes how Deo Juvente who was bumped twice and carried half way across the track by Master Sabina could not get the race. They are not consistent in the slightest.
